I was looking back over the last 3 years and wanted to post pictures from her 1st and 2nd Birthday! How fast they grow up.

Coast

Gracie woke up on Saturday and came into our room and asked, " mommie and daddy can we go to the coast today, it's not raining it's not dark and the sun is out. So guess what, we went to the coast. We had such a great time. We packed a lunch and played all day.

Bend Visit!

We once again had the opportunity to have a quick visit with Taylor and Caitylnn and of course Aunt Sarah , Jennifer and Grandma. Wow was it worth it. The trip it's self only lasted 24 hours of time together but it felt like a week. We swam played in the room, went to dinner, breakfast, lunch , Bowling, and watched some movies. We had so much fun! Thanks again to my family for making the 5 1/2 hour drive to bend. We loved every minute.

Dr Visit

Quick note. We took Gracie to the doctor for a check up for a cough she has had for a while. After arriving there they asked us to put a mask on her. They had cute little cough mask just her size and she had no problem putting it on. When it was our turn to go back to the room, she had to put a little gown on, and her mask fell off. She picked the mask up and put her arms through the straps, which then made it lay across her chest. Gracie proceeded to say, look mom I have Boobies right then the Dr walks in and her and I both just looked at him not knowing what to say! Needless to say very awkward.

Visit to Idaho

Gracie and I had the opportunity to fly to Idaho for Christmas. Thanks to my wonderful family who we love very much. This was the best gift I have ever received. Wow, were we busy we tried to fit all the Christmas festivities we would normally do during the month of December into five days. We managed to pull it off and it was well worth it. Gracie and I were able to spend time with my nieces Taylor and Caitlynn who I cherish. I always love seeing my Grandma who is 90 years old. That woman is so full of life still that I can hardly keep up with. We were also able to vist Uncle Nick and Aunt Anna Marie, thanks for the good Breakfast! We came home to Oregon on Christmas eve and were able to have the opportunity to have Mii Mii and Papa join us the following day for Christmas here. I will post more on that another day.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween. Gracie was Cinderella she couldn't hardly wait to go knock on doors. She came home with lots of candy, some whole candy bars. Daddy told her she had to let it sit over night to make sure all the germs were off the candy. We were also very lucky to have family here for the fun. Her aunt fer fer and Great Grandma and Grandma came to visit and spend the Halloween with us.

Pumpkin Patch Visit!

We took Gracie to her second trip to a pumpkin patch. We had a lot of fun, we rode the tractor to pick the pumpkins, and Gracie wanted to pick up all the little ones. She called them her babies. Dad told her she could take as many as she could carry. We ended up with three. She had the most fun just playing on the playground. Happy Fall.

First Day at School

Gracie, had her first day at school. We had to get up really early though. Ugh 6 am , talk about a little girl who likes to sleep. She has lot's of little girls in her class she made a new friend named Lilly. I love that name. I'm sure we'll have lot's of stories to come.

Discovery

Conversation between Gracie and I.. Gracie Gracie, where are you I can't find you, I call out for her again. Finally I found her and I said Gracie I was calling your name, didn't you hear mommy? My name is Lucy, oh so your name is Lucy now, yes mom. So all night last night till she fell asleep Patrick and I had to call her Lucy. Lucy also has an imaginary friend, named Taylor, which happens to me my Niece. I'm sure she really misses her. I hope she is Okay. Should I be concerned? Let's hope it's just her imagination.
